Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Twilight Quill Workshops. By enrolling in our creative writing workshops or utilizing our storytelling resources, you're entering into a mutually respectful agreement. We've designed these terms to protect both your creative rights and our commitment to high-quality education. Ready to start your journey?
Registration & Payments
All workshop registrations are secured only upon receipt of full payment. We offer a transparent 14-day window for early cancellations, though a small administrative fee may apply. Why do we do this? It ensures that seats in our boutique workshops aren't held unnecessarily while other students wait their turn.
Should a course be cancelled by Twilight Quill Workshops, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your credits to a future storytelling track. We've found this flexibility keeps our community growing even when life happens.
Intellectual Property & Conduct
Your stories are yours. Always. We never claim ownership over the characters or plots you develop during our sessions. Conversely, the course materials, structuring templates, and proprietary poetic expression exercises provided by our instructors remain the exclusive property of Twilight Quill Workshops.
We believe in a "Critique with Kindness" policy. Any student found engaging in harassment or persistently disruptive behavior will be asked to leave without a refund. It's simple: respect the craft, respect the classroom.
HACK: Last updated October 2023
Please note that these terms are governed by the laws of
the State of New York. For specific inquiries regarding
our writing critiques or plot structuring modules, please

Need Legal Clarification?
We understand that legal jargon can be as complex as a Russian novel. Our administration team is here to help you navigate the fine print of our poetic expression and storytelling fundamentals classes.
